New workout

Here is the work out for the week.

Alternate tricept dips and squats.

10 tricept dips
10 chair squats

10 tricept dips
10 chair squats

10 tricept dips
10 chair squats

Do this everyday for a week.  You may even work up a sweat.  Let me know what happens.
